Details of delivery
The “Details of delivery” subpage includes all details about shipping and deliveries for all purchase orders that were confirmed by us. Our shipping costs includes VAT and insurance. We offer standard package delivery method throughout the EU. We most of the times use the best shipping offer available at the moment this is how in most cases we choose DHL. Although we keep the right to choose the best fit for delivery and based on the order and the destination of the Customer, we use also PostNL, DPD or UPS as logistics partner.
Generally we offer free standard delivery method for our customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria.
In most occasions if an order amount is above € 200 then we offer free standard delivery method for most countries within the European Union (currently only the member states are available later the whole EEA will be covered by us).
If the Customer’s location is not applicable for free shipping, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
ECO Friendly delivery to Hungary: If the Customer would choose the ECO friendly delivery method to Hungary we can offer free of charge shipping to Hungary. It will take between 8-12 business days to receive the delivery (the processing day is included within this time). Please contact us for more details.
If the Customer would like to have a different shipping method (for instance express delivery), we will try our best to fulfill the desired way of shipping and we kindly ask you to get in touch with us to discuss further the shipping conditions and make an agreement.
